Our emerald bloomers and ruffles shorts are made from a soft cotton. Bloomers have elastic waist and leg openings. Shorts do not have a sample made but will be made in the same emerald cotton in the style in photos. Shorts will have a flat front waistband with elastic back & asymmetrical ruffle.
Machine wash cold. Line Dry.
