Dress features a lovely watercolor balloon print on an organic cotton sateen.  Dress is fully lined in cotton lawn (including skirt) with elastic back for room to grow and seersucker striped side ties. Ties can be tied in a bow in front or back of dress.  See our separate listing for a coordinating brother tee!

Machine wash cold. Line Dry.
